This Privacy Policy explains how Resale Connect collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with TRACE, including the TRACE mobile application, addtrace.com, Tracey, and related products, services, and features (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of the Services, information collected automatically, and information received from service providers and other sources.

B. Identity Verification Information
To protect TRACE members, reduce fraud, and determine eligibility for certain marketplace activities, we may require identity verification.
For example, before submitting your first bid or offer, you may be required to provide a government-issued identification document and complete a live selfie or similar identity check.
We may use third-party identity verification providers, such as Stripe, to perform these checks. Depending on the verification method, information processed may include:

We may receive and retain verification status, provider identifiers, limited identifying information, and other information reasonably necessary to operate and protect the marketplace.
We may require additional or repeat verification when reasonably necessary for account security, fraud prevention, account recovery, compliance, marketplace integrity, or other legitimate purposes.
A verification indicator may be displayed to other TRACE members to show that a member has completed TRACE's identity-verification process. We do not display your government identification document, verification selfie, date of birth, or other underlying verification information to other members.
C. Payment and Payout Information
